PrimePodChannel provides podcast production, post-production, launch, and management services. Details of specific services and their pricing are outlined on our website and in individual service agreements.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services. You are responsible for all content you submit to us for podcast production, ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as specified in your individual service agreement or as indicated on our website. All prices are quoted in Euros (€). We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you retain all intellectual property rights to your original podcast content. PrimePodChannel retains intellectual property rights to any proprietary tools, methods, or original sound design elements created for your project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimePodChannel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
